Sí, existe ese día y ¡sí, sí, además ¡es internacional!, más de un centenar de países celebran dicha jornada.
En España no somos menos ¿cómo íbamos a serlo, con tal historia literaria escrita en nuestros renglones? Y es que, aunque no lo parezca, éste es un país con una cultura muy amplia que no debemos perder, pues la estamos descuidando. O no…
-Todos los años, tiene lugar en Madrid, una lectura continuada del Quijote, grandes personalidades, políticos, estudiantes…
-En Cataluña, viene siendo tradición el regalar un libro con una rosa durante este día, también conocido allí como el día de San Jordi…
-La Unión de Editoriales Universitarias Españolas liberará 300 libros por toda España (entre otros sitios: el exterior de la Bolsa de Madrid, la Praza do Obradoiro de Santiago de Compostela, la Plaza de la Constitución de Jaén, la Plaza Mayor de Valladolid, junto a las esculturas de Ramón y Cajal y Severo Ochoa en el campus del CSIC y en el Jardín Botánico de Valencia…)
-El movimiento Boockcroosing participará también hoy en: Murcia, Madrid, El Prat de Llobregat, Zaragoza. Palma de Mallorca…
-Programas de animación a la lectura, encuentros en institutos, charlas de escritores…

La conclusión de estos recortes de noticias es que la gente aún se mueve por la cultura, aunque sea en días tan señalados, pero, ea, ningún día es malo para darse cuenta del valor de un libro.
Ya no tienes excusa para no celebrar el día del Libro, porque si no te has enterado… ¡qué globo más vacío!

Ayer por la noche nos encontramos a con una chica y un chico que estaban colocando libros por la calle para hacer bookcrossing y les ayudamos..Me llevé dos libros “El libro de Guillermo” por razones obvias xD y “La Caverna” así que si por la merced veis libros pues fuimos nosotros que somos unos bacines
